Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permissible 24 hours before the processing. Logistic charges may apply on cancellations. The entire amount or any deduction will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days.
Refund Policy
  • We always try to give best so no refunds will be generated if the cleaning service not up to the satisfaction of any individual.
  • If anyone pays twice for one transaction, the additional transaction amount will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days.
Terms and conditions
  • Delivery Schedule
    • Normal Delivery – within 3 days
    • Express Delivery – next day
  • Weekly off and public holidays will not be counted in the delivery schedules.
  • Any damage must be brought to notice within 24 hrs of receipt of goods.
  • In case of misplaced or majorly damaged goods, the maximum liability will be up to 5 times of the goods billing value in form of service credits.
  • Unclaimed items would be safely kept with us for a maximum period of 15 days.
  • ECOSPIN Cleaners is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal articles left in the clothing or bags such as money or any costly items.
  • ECOSPIN Cleaners accepts goods with stains on a best effort basis but there is no assurance for complete removal of these stains. Otherwise chances of damage of your goods are high in this process.

What is your policy on damaged or misplaced items?

In case of misplaced or majorly damaged goods, our maximum liability is up to 5 times the goods' billing value in the form of service credits. Any damage must be brought to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Can you guarantee complete stain removal?

We accept goods with stains on a best-effort basis, but there is no assurance of complete stain removal as the process might damage your goods.
